If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the Monday. Sorella Store is located in Victoria Australia, therefore if we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number. Please check your junk folders for shipping notifications as sometimes they hide in there!Please be aware that during sales and peak periods, handling time may increase to 48 hours before your order is dispatched and this may cause a delay in your order being received.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason on full priced items, you may return it back to us within 14 days from your delivery date. To exchange an item for an alternative size, colour, style or product, send us an email at hello@sorellastore.com.auto arrange the return (please include your original order number). Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
